September 2016 - Chairing judging panel for Small Wonder Festival Flash Fiction competition. July 2016 - Three new short story clients - Too busy to do my own writing! October 2015 - Budgerigars confirmed as included in Refugees Welcome Anthology. June 2015 - New teaching group set up in West Sussex. January 2015 - In planning stages of a trilogy of non-fiction books. October 2014 - New magazine project in the pipeline. Sadly, aborted. October 2014 - Moved from Norfolk to Rustington, West Sussex. September 2014 - Final session with my lovely Norfolk CW group! Hard to believe we’ve been working together for SIX years. June 2014 - Trip to Auschwitz and Berlin. March 2014 - Resigned as Chair of SWWJ December 2013 - Strain and the Writer published in The Author. (Magazine of The Society of Authors.) November 2013 - Red Room published. (Unthank Books) Launch and reading in Norwich October 2013 - Return to the Somme area with group of writers and military historian  Jeremy Banning October 2013 - Short Circuit 2 published. (Salt Publishing)June 2013 - September/OctoberMarch 2013 - Working with three new writers seeking publication. November 2012 - Journey to Peace, Adam Joe Lawton’s book for which I acted as editor, published. October 2012 - Trip to WW1 battle and burial sites with military historian and guide, Jeremy Banning, plus writing friends.  October 2012 - Happing Writers celebrates fourth birthday! August 2012 - Contributing a chapter to 2nd edition of Short Circuit. July 2012 - First Kindle publication - Editor of Black, White and Shades of Grey, the SWWJ International Life Writing competition anthology. February 2012 - Attended a royal reception to commemorate the bi-centenary of the birth of Charles Dickens, where I met the Queen and Prince Philip, and also many writers, actors, and others with Dickens’ connections.
