My first editing job was on a now-defunct local paper many years ago. Since then, amongst other things, I’ve
edited and published a couple of small press short story and poetry magazines, BuzzWords, and Cadenza, both
sadly now gone.
Much of my other editing now involves me in working with writers to bring their work to publishable standard. I
also critique short stories, both for beginner writers, and for published writers anxious to take their work to the
next level. (Until recently, I critiqued for the Society of Women Writers & Journalists.)
